1. Drink Water - give your body enough drinking water everyday (30ml per 1kg of your weight). Make sure the water is 'living' and 'biologically active' (redox potential '-60', Ph Balance '7-8', chlorine and heavy metals are absent, etc.)
2. Clean Your Body - regular (twice a year) de-tox, anti-parasite, anti-inflammatory programs to keep your body clean and working properly
3. Feed Your Cells- according to "CELL CODE" (amino acids, minerals, vitamins, polyunsaturated fatty acids, plant enzymes, anti-oxidants) every day
4. Support Your Immune System - listen to your body and help it accordingly to its needs
5. Exercise to your body's content
Fortunately, we live in the free market, bountiful market. We can choose any products, programs, systems, theories and ideas we'd like. However, it is unfortunate that some of those ideas, theories are bogus to say the least and some of those products are so chemically-filled the goodness in them is practically non-existent.
My story is the example of going through everything from traditional medicine to healers, naturopaths and everything else there is in this world, trying to recover from my two stints with "C" monster. I am not discouraging any of you from going to the Doctors or Alternative Medicine Specialists. Never. All I am doing here and in my real life is sharing my story and experience. I am offering you just another way, another concept and another plan if you'd like.
